Exciting Enhancements

Finally got PSE 11 last week. I'm so so excited!!:)  I bought some actions from Greater Than Gatsby to get me started. These are some of my favorite snapshots of my little one, and I love how the different filters and actions enhanced them. 

 

Crafting with the Gals

Some of the gals from our Youth Group came over tonight for crafts & cookies :). I decided for us to try Morgan's Braided Necklaces. See her post here. Love how unique all of them turned out! We had a blast:)

Prints and Paint

I have been blessed with so many talented friends that always inspire me with their creativity [Check their work out- Meghan at LolliArt & Morgan at ArtActually]. So, rather than sit on my bum and relax during nap time this week I decided to attempt a few of the DIY projects for myself. Creating an Engineer Print and Repainting a table.

Engineer Print 
I followed Morgan's Instructions here. I used Particle board instead of foam board- bad idea. It is SUPER heavy. I really love how it turned out though:)

Repainting a Table

I recently inherited a table from a sweet woman from our church. It needed a little update. So, I grabbed a can of Opps paint from Lowes for $5, sanded it down a bit and gave it 3 coats. I love how it turned out!  Here is the before and after:

Our lives have changed quite a bit since our last post. We have a SON! He was a baby, now he is a toddler!

Target

This has been such an exciting season for John and me! Over the course of May and June we have had to opportunity to see 5 different couples commit their lives to one another in marriage! How wonderful.

Congrats to all of you!

On that note...John forgot to grab my skirt and shoes for a wedding last weekend so sadly we had to stop a Target and purchase an adorable dress and some new flats in my favorite color. What a shame.
